Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping bag or a suitable alternative.
Ship to London
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return at our London studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
